Lead Embedded Software Developer
We usually respond within two weeks
At LumenRadio we develop ultra-reliable wireless connectivity with superior range for applications where failure is not an option. Since 2008, we have led the wireless transformation within the lighting industry. Our wireless DMX technology is used daily in the largest TV and movie productions in Hollywood, at major concert tours, and in global live events.
Since a few years back our products are now also being used in building automation solutions, street lighting as well as indoor lighting applications for commercial buildings.
About the Professional Lighting team
In the Professional Lighting team, we develop the wireless backbone behind professional lighting systems used worldwide. The team consists of Embedded Software Developer, App Developer, Electronics Design Engineer and Product Specialist.
We design and develop both our own end-user products and OEM solutions. Our products are used directly by lighting professionals in demanding live environments, while fixture manufacturers integrate our wireless DMX technology into their own systems and rely on us for technical guidance.
We work with both new platform development and continuous improvements of existing systems, staying close to how our solutions are used in practice.
Your Future
In this role, you will combine hands-on development with technical responsibility, spending much of your time developing embedded software. You will contribute to new platform development, refine requirements together with the Product Owner, and ensure that architectural decisions are well thought through from implementation to production.

Customer interactions, including support and troubleshooting, are an important part of the role. We are looking for you who want to take ownership of the system architecture, drive technical dialogues, translate high-level product specifications into clear and well-structured technical requirements, and contribute to a stable and collaborative team environment.
