Our People & Culture team supports the organization in areas such as compensations & benefits, environment, health & safety, labor relations, rehabilitation, HR administration and leadership development. The HR team also handles the processes regarding on- and offboarding, retention as well as talent acquisition, succession planning, internal communications and employer branding. We also place a strong focus on strategic HR work to develop the organization in various HR-related areas.
