At LumenRadio, our Operations team ensures seamless operations from forecasting and order planning to customer order management, supplier negotiations, and volume production with EMS partners. We oversee in-house production and testing, manage warehousing, shipping, customs, and transport logistics, and support New Product Introduction projects. Our focus is on maintaining high-quality standards through efficient processes to deliver high-quality products globally.
