Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Position / Vikariat)
We usually respond within two weeks
LumenRadio is a high-tech company with the vision of replacing all cables in the world. Since 2008, we have been leading the wireless transformation within the lighting industry, with our technology being used daily in productions ranging from major Hollywood movie sets to large events such as the Coachella festival and the Eurovision Song Contest. Our patented technology provides unprecedented reliability for the most business-critical applications and our products are now also used in building automation solutions, street lighting as well as indoor lighting control for commercial buildings.
Your Future
In this role, you will combine hands-on design work with coordination of marketing activities. The role is weighted towards graphic design, with most of your time spent creating visual material, alongside supporting planning and executing different marketing related projects.
The marketing team consists of two Marketing Managers and a Marketing & Brand Director, working closely together across campaigns, product launches, trade shows and ongoing marketing activities. The team works closely with stakeholders across the organization, including sales and product management, as well as external partners.
You will mainly create and refine visual material based on established brand guidelines, shaping it into clear, well-executed assets across different channels. This includes producing campaigns, product-related material, and trade show content across both digital and print. You will translate briefs into concrete output and ensure consistency in how the brand is presented.
The role will also include taking ownership of smaller projects, such as campaign adaptations or video-related initiatives, and coordinate with teams internally as well as external partners. Maintaining structure in files, assets, and timelines is a natural part of the role.
Our work is guided by our values, RISE: Reliability, Innovation, Simplicity and Energy. They remind us to be dependable, open to new ideas, keep things simple, and bring energy into everything we do.
This is a temporary position (vikariat) from August 2026 to April 2027.
About You
We believe you have experience working as a graphic designer or production artist in a company setting, and are comfortable producing finished material across different formats.
You have strong skills across Adobe tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and preferably Premiere and After Effects. You are experienced in creating material for both digital and print, including campaign assets and trade show material.
With a good eye for layout and detail, you are comfortable working within established visual guidelines and creating assets for different formats and channels.
You take ownership of your work and are comfortable driving smaller projects forward. This includes coordinating tasks, keeping track of timelines, and making sure things move ahead as planned.
You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others, and are comfortable working from a brief, asking questions when needed, and finding solutions along the way to ensure work is delivered with quality and structure.
To succeed in this role, we believe you are:
