Supply Chain Coordinator (Temporary Position / Vikariat)

Your Future
In this role, you will play an important part in keeping our supply chain operations running smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics, customer support and development to coordinate orders, suppliers and deliveries.
A large part of the role involves order and case management. You will register and follow up on customer orders, purchase orders and service cases in our ERP system, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies together with suppliers and internal teams.
You will communicate regularly with suppliers, customers and colleagues via email and phone in both Swedish and English. The role also involves supporting sourcing activities and contributing to improvements in our supply chain processes and ERP workflows.

This is a temporary position (vikariat) from May 2026 to August 2027. For the right person, there may also be opportunities to continue in the company after the temporary assignment.
About You
We believe you are a structured and reliable person who enjoys keeping things organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You communicate clearly and are comfortable interacting with both customers and colleagues.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in an international organization
Experience with order or case management, such as registering and following up on customer orders, purchase orders, complaints, service cases or bookings
Experience communicating directly with customers via email and phone in both Swedish and English, as well as with internal stakeholders
Education and/or experience within a supply chain function, such as order administration, logistics, purchasing or warehouse operations
Experience working in an ERP system
Meriting experience:
Experience from a manufacturing company, preferably within electronics
Good Excel skills
Experience working with quality deviations (NCR/QA)
A technical interest
